Basic Obedience
Would you like to teach your dog the basic commands and be able to enjoy walking your dog without excessive pulling or lunging? We can teach the basic commands and proper walking techniques to both puppies and adult dogs.
After you get a new dog and return home, chances are you wonder what to do now. This program is geared towards dog owners who want to get their dogs off to a good start in their training. Basic obedience applies to dogs of all ages, no matter how old they are.
Here we begin to implement basic commands and obedience training and also create a solid foundation for your dog to continue from.
Our Basic Obedience training program includes the following:
Basic Package: $500

Advanced Obedience
Now that you have the basics of dog psychology, are you ready for some advanced one-on-one training?
We have programs for all dogs that include teaching dog owners on dog behavior, and dog psychology. At the end of a Advanced training program, you can look forward to a more well-behaved and well-mannered dog that will walk with you and listen to you.
Here is what your canine friend will learn in the Advanced Obedience Training which includes all the Basic training plus:
Advanced Package: $700
We have programs for all dogs that include teaching dog owners on dog behavior, and dog psychology. At the end of a Advanced training program, you can look forward to a more well-behaved and well-mannered dog that will walk with you and listen to you.
Here is what your canine friend will learn in the Advanced Obedience Training which includes all the Basic training plus:
- Sit and extended sit
- Down and extended down
- Stay at a distance
- Recall
- Off-leash training based on your dog's abilities
- I will also cover the basics of your dog's natural insticnts with you.
- I also cover more advanced behaviors in dog pschology with you
Advanced Package: $700
High Distraction
Do you have issues with your dog running across the street, jumping up to greet strangers, or barking at another dog walking by? Dogs of any size, breed, and age can develop undesirable behaviors. During early development, puppies will undergo periods of anxiety and fear. Adult dogs can also develop these issues.
Coastal Bend Canine College can help come up with an obedience training program that’s just right for your canine friend. We’ll teach you and your dog survival skills in our complex world. While it’s best to train them when they’re young puppies, we can also train adult dogs, and we are committed to you and your dog’s long term success.

Dog Psychology
This is the basic Psychology package. It covers dog behavior and psychology, basically any issues that cannot be corrected with obedience training. Dog psychology focuses on the dog's needs and fulfillment to accomplish a happy well-behaved dog by empowering the owner with greater understanding about how to communicate with their dog. Particularly difficult behaviors may require a more advanced Psychology package. Dog psychology focuses on the dogs needs and fulfillment to accomplish a happy well behaved dog.
